Programming and Practices to Train Student Leaders in Promoting DEI

The Annie E. Casey Foundation has developed four equity conversation guides for young leaders and partners. The guides provide step-by-step instructions for facilitators to lead groups of young people in understanding the history of structural racism and how it operates today.

This guide reviews 400 years of child welfare and juvenile justice systems in the United States.

This guide introduces concepts and terms that are relevant to advancing equity and inclusion.
